Buyers Matched
FAME Agents
Homes Closed
You're gonna have a lot of questions. I've planned for that. A FAME agent is a real estate agent for first time home buyer needs. So they have the patience, time, and genuine excitement to walk you through every single one, no matter how basic you think they are.
Your agent has time for you. A FAME agent isn't stretched so thin that you fall through the cracks. When you call, they pick up. When you have a question, they answer it. You have support the entire process.
Local knowledge is the difference between an offer that wins and one that doesn't. A FAME agent knows the neighborhoods, pricing, and competition in your area, so you'll make smart decisions along the way.
Winging the biggest purchase of your life isn't an option. You don't know what you don't know yet. And that's okay because your FAME agent does. They have a proven track record to spot inspection red flags, offer mistakes, or lender issues before they become your problem.
There are over 3 million real estate agents in the US. Only a small percentage have what it takes to support a first-time buyer. Here's what makes a FAME agent different.

I spent 5 years as a realtor specializing in first-time buyers, another year and a half as a mortgage loan officer, and I bought my first home, overwhelmed just like you. Since then, I've helped over 20,000 people through this process, and I personally make every single match in this network myself.
I search every agent in your area and find the ones who specialize in first-time buyers.
Then, I review their track record, read through what past clients have said about them, and interview them personally. Every single one. Because who I connect you with matters more to me than almost anything else in this process.
Within a week, you'll receive an introduction email connecting you with your agent. They'll reach out to schedule a time to talk.
Every request comes through me. I review your information and handpick the right FAME agent for your area and goals.
Tell me a little about your situation and share where you are in the process, what you're looking for, and where you want to buy.
Warning: Getting matched with the right agent might result in finally getting a home
You could search for an agent on Zillow... but you'd have no way of knowing if they've ever worked with a first-time buyer before.
You could wait until you feel more ready... but connecting with a homebuyer agent 6-12 months out is what makes buyers successful.
You could get pre-approved first... but your FAME agent can connect you with the right lender when you start.
You could wait until you have 20% saved... but your FAME agent can connect you with a lender who can take as little as 3-3.5% down.
You could ask a friend for a recommendation... but nobody vetted that agent for you specifically.
You could go directly to the listing agent... but they represent the seller, not you.
Nope. Getting connected through me doesn't add any cost to your transaction. Your buying agent is compensated in one of two ways: the seller will pay your agent from the proceeds of their sale, or you will pay your agent along with your closing costs when you close. Your agent will walk you through exactly how their compensation works at your first meeting, so you know what to expect for your area. A portion of their compensation is shared with me. But that comes from them, not from you. And connecting with an agent through me comes with zero commitment. There is no risk to you for reaching out.
Great question! When you meet your FAME agent for the first time, ask about their experience with first-time buyers. Find out how they communicate with clients. Also, learn what the process looks like in your market. Your agent will guide the conversation, but don't be afraid to ask anything! There are no dumb questions here.
Earlier than you think! I recommend connecting with an agent when you're 6-12 months out from wanting to buy. That gives you time to get a game plan, understand your finances, and be fully prepared when the right house comes along. If you're more than a year out, take the free Homebuying 101 class first and come back when you're closer. You'll be so much more prepared when the time comes.
No! If you might be ready to buy in the next 6-12 months, this is for you!
Absolutely. I have 500 personally vetted FAME agents across all 50 states. No matter where you want to buy, I have someone who knows that market inside and out.
Valid worry, but I've got you covered. I have agents across all 50 states, including smaller markets and rural areas. If I don't currently have someone in your area, I'll find the right agent with experience helping buyers in your market.
Your agent will guide you through buying a home in your area. They’ll help you figure out what you can afford, suggest lenders, and answer all your questions. They will handle everything.
Not at all. There is zero obligation and zero commitment required. Connecting with a FAME agent just means you have the right person available when you're ready. If you decide not to buy or don't want to move forward, that's completely okay.
Then we'll find you someone better. I want you to feel completely comfortable with your agent. If for any reason it isn't working out, just reach out, and I'll personally make sure we find the right match for you. (P.S. This rarely happens.)
You'll receive a confirmation from me within 24 hours of submitting your request. Within a week, you'll get an introduction email connecting you directly with your FAME agent.
